LCAP in collaboration of Commonwealth Local Government Forum and European Union implementing a project “Strengthen Local Government Associations and their Members to Enhance Good Governance and Effective Development Outcomes in Pakistan” in all four provinces. Under the thematic area; Territorial Approach for Local Development, LCAP intends to pilot one project in Sindh for which we need sealed quotations from registered firms, distributors and companies. The last date for submission of quotations shall be October 11 2021 on or before 17:00.

CLOSED: INVITATION FOR BIDS (Bid Winner: Ch. M. Hussain & Co. )
Local Councils Association of the Punjab (LCAP) is a registered not for profit organization, working to strengthen Local Democracy across Punjab. LCAP in collaboration with the Commonwealth Local Government Forum and European Union implementing a project “Strengthen Local Government Associations and their Members to Enhance Good Governance and Effective Development Outcomes in Pakistan” in all four provinces. Under the thematic area; Territorial Approach for Local Development, LCAP intends to pilot four projects in Punjab for which we need sealed Bids from registered firms, contractors, and companies which must reach LCAP at House # 400, Block # B2, Johar Town Lahore. The last date for submission of Bids shall be January 07, 2021, till 3:00 PM. All received bids shall be opened by the LCAP BOC/PC on the same day at 3:30 PM.
